1. Overview
At Dede Hourani Artworks, each painting is a unique creation made with care and dedication. Because of the individuality of original artworks, our refund and return policy is designed to protect both the collector and the artist while ensuring fairness.
2. Returns
• Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the artwork arrives damaged or significantly different from the description provided at the time of purchase.
• Timeframe: Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the artwork to request a return.
• Condition: Returned paintings must be in the same condition in which they were received, with original packaging whenever possible.
3. Refunds
• Approval: Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Processing: Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.
• Non-refundable items:
• Custom commissions or personalized artworks
• Sale or discounted items
4. Exchanges
• Exchanges are not offered, as each painting is one-of-a-kind. Customers wishing to acquire another artwork may place a new order.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
• If a painting is damaged during shipping, please provide clear photographs of the damage and packaging.
• If a shipment is lost, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a refund if necessary.
6. Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the artwork arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
