it.
Analytics and Marketing
We use
analytics and marketing tools, currently [INSERT TOOLS, e.g. Google
Analytics, Meta Pixel], to understand how visitors use the site and to
measure the performance of our marketing. These tools may set cookies and
collect information such as your approximate location, device and browser type,
pages visited, and referring website.
—
If you subscribe to our newsletter
or mailing list, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name, to
send you updates about new works, exhibitions, and availability. You may
unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
—
Where required by applicable law,
we will request your consent before activating non-essential analytics or
marketing cookies, and you may manage your preferences through our cookie
banner.
3. Cookies
Cookies on
this site fall into the following categories:
—
Comment cookies: if you
leave a comment and opt in, we store your name, email, and website in a cookie
for your convenience on future comments. These last one year.
—
Login cookies: a temporary
cookie checks whether your browser accepts cookies when visiting the login
page; it contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your
browser. If you log in, cookies store your login state (2 days, or 2 weeks with
“Remember Me”) and display preferences (1 year). These are removed
when you log out.
—
Editing cookies: if you
edit or publish content, a cookie noting the relevant post ID is stored for 1
day. It contains no personal data.
—
Checkout/cart cookies: used
to maintain your cart and session during the purchase process.
—
Analytics and marketing
cookies: as described in Section 2, used to measure site usage and
marketing performance.
4. Embedded Content
Pages on this
site may include embedded content from other websites (for example, videos or
images). Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited the other
website directly: that site may collect data about you, set its own cookies,
embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the
embedded content, including tracking your activity if you are logged into an
account there.
5. Who We Share Your Data With

Payment processors, to securely
complete your purchase.
—
Shipping and logistics providers,
to deliver your artwork and provide tracking information.

If you request a password reset,
your IP address is included in the password reset email.
We do not sell
your personal data to third parties.
6. How Long We Retain Your Data
—
Comments and their associated
metadata are retained indefinitely, so that follow-up comments from recognized
commenters can be approved automatically rather than held for moderation.
—
Order and transaction records are
retained for as long as required by applicable tax, accounting, and consumer
protection law, even after an order is complete.
—
If you register an account on the
site, your profile information is stored until you delete it or request its
erasure. You can view, edit, or delete your personal information at any time
from your account (except your username), and site administrators can also view
and edit this information.
7. Your Rights Over Your Data
If you have an
account, have made a purchase, or have left a comment on this site, you may
request:
—
An exported file of the personal
data we hold about you.
—
Erasure of personal data we hold
about you, except where we are legally required to retain it for
administrative, tax, legal, or security purposes (such as completed order
records).
To exercise
these rights, contact us using the details in Section 1.
8. Where Your Data Is Sent
—
Visitor comments may be checked
through an automated spam-detection service.
—
Order and payment data is
transmitted to our payment processor and shipping providers as needed to
fulfill your purchase.

personal data, please contact us using the details in Section 1.
